    We are seeing that all of our systems are now up and working.
    If you are continuing to experience issues, we recommend to restart the terminal and call support.

    We're currently experiencing issues with one of our simcard providers (Sierra), corrective actions have been taken, but we continue to monitor to ensure stability.  If you have these issues please switch to WIFI instead.

    Partner scheduled maintenance - expected downtime from 10-11 Wednesday and Thursday.

    We use pusher for the following:
    Orders (when an order is created and finished)
    Kitchen Display Screens app (when a screen is reloaded and a task related to a screen is updated)
    Kitchen Management app
    Pickup app (when a pickup order is saved)
    Printing app (when a print job is created)
    Table app (when a table is updated)
    When auxiliary screens are reloaded
    When terminal setup version is updated

    POS:
    Updates to product catalogue
    Updates to merchant data.
    Updates to table orders.
    When an order is created and the POS has Delivery enabled.

    We are experiencing slower performance in our POS and Portal system, which could affect the speed of operation. Our team is working diligently on a solution to resolve this situation as soon as possible.

    Please restart your terminal If you are continuing to experience issues.

    We are currently experiencing a decrease in the performance of our Sierra SIM cards. If you are affected by this, we recommend switching to Wifi. Please refer to our FAQ for a complete guide based on your handset type.

    We are currently experiencing that some merchants are getting an error message in the POS saying, "Server error: Payment not sent".

    Our POS and API team are looking into why the cause of this.

     

    Work around: Access POS settings > Click 'Sync POS'

    TELENOR has operational disturbances, which can affect the network on the terminals if they run on SIM cards. Try to get the terminal on WiFi or share data from the phone.

    We are continuing to see a decrease in speed of our POS. Our developers are still working on identifying the root cause. Next update will be at 18.00

    We are currently seeing a decrease in speed of navigation our POS. Our developers are notified. Next update will happen at 14.30
  • 21.08.2023: The previous problems with missing payouts have been solved.

    All payouts have been processed on Friday and should, depending on your bank, be on the account today or tomorrow.
