Complaints Procedure for Loomis Pay Customers

Should you have any concerns or complaints, we encourage you to reach out to us. Upon receipt of your complaint, we will promptly acknowledge it and assign it for investigation. Our goal is to answer to the complaints within 5 bank days, keeping you informed of the progress along the way.
